A very professional operation from initial enquiry to installation. Could not fault the entire process. Have been trying to discuss our hot water needs with several operators but, because we live in Nagambie it was “too hard” until we came across Shaun and Future NRG in Shepparton. Initial enquiry on Friday and it is now Monday evening (3 days later) and we are enjoying our new heat pump. Unbelievable. And they make the government grant process easy as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service. Our hotwater system failed over the weekend. I contacted Shaun from Future NRG about our luke warm water and he has been fantastic. Our experience with Future NRG has been fantastic. Other family members have systems supplied and installed by Future NRG and their experience has been the same. It was a pleasure to deal with Future NRG at Shepparton. From our quote with Luke, who explained the battery system very clearly, to Paula communicating the installation process and arranging times. Then Dave from Illume electrical and his team doing a very neat and efficient installation. Then Brian, I think his name was, doing the final inspection. We were in good hands all the way and always kept informed of the next steps. The battery is performing really well, we can track our power usage and alter things to make sure we’re not inconvenienced with unexpected power outages. The Tesla system is very neat and tidy. Thanks heaps to the team. We’d recommend your company to anyone interested in a solar battery system.

Spoke to Shaun at the outset of my enquiry. Shaun was very knowledgeable and so I took up his suggestion. Days later a team turned up to install the Heater and components as required, also very efficiently. The progress of the installation was tracked by the office people. An authorized Sparky, Riley, turned up 2 days later and did the final electrical work required, tested the unit to ensure its veracity and ensured I was sent an electronic copy of the Manual, which I received, again very efficiently. Office staff again followed up that installation was complete and working prior to issuing invoice for payment. Shaun did a final follow up to ensure all was well, I responded “Perfect”.
