Your trusted solar and energy experts in Shepparton

A very professional operation from initial enquiry to installation. Could not fault the entire process. Have been trying to discuss our hot water needs with several operators but, because we live in Nagambie it was “too hard” until we came across Shaun and Future NRG in Shepparton. Initial enquiry on Friday and it is now Monday evening (3 days later) and we are enjoying our new heat pump. Unbelievable. And they make the government grant process easy as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service. Our hotwater system failed over the weekend. I contacted Shaun from Future NRG about our luke warm water and he has been fantastic. From prompt initial return call yesterday, to a new system installed today. Plumbers and electricians were all excellent too. Quality and really neat, tidy work. Highly recommended

Shaun and the FurtureNRG team provided exceptional service and products, with our Air Conditioning and Solar systems. Their ongoing customer support is also exceptional. They’re always available and nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommend them.

Our experience with Future NRG has been fantastic. Other family members have systems supplied and installed by Future NRG and their experience has been the same. Solar generation has significantly reduced our exposure to energy price increases and battery storage stores excess solar generation for overnight use with the added benefit of keeping the power on during power outages. Key reasons we selected Future NRG were: • They supply only quality name brand products. Solar panels, inverters, battery and heat pump hot water. • Professionalism, technical knowledge and communication. • Great sales team, administration to help you through the government rebate process, installation and local support. Almost 12 months in, living comfortably with air conditioning, induction cooktop. Power bills close to zero not counting government subsidies which leave us in credit but will likely end soon, and no gas bill. Highly recommend Future NRG!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Future NRG! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to delivering excellent service. The initial consultation with Shaun was thorough and informative, with all my questions answered clearly. The installation process was seamless—everything was completed on time and with attention to detail. The team went above and beyond to ensure the panels were positioned for maximum efficiency while keeping the design aesthetically pleasing. Since the installation, my energy bills have dropped significantly, and I’m thrilled to be contributing to a greener future. The quality of the panels and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar energy. Thank you for making the process so easy and rewarding!

Excellent service second to none. Shaun is very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help with any concerns. It is such a pleasure to deal with a local business that provides excellent service and reliability. Thank you and we will definitely be recommending Future NRG to others.

Awesome company to deal with. Nothing is a problem.

It was a pleasure to deal with Future NRG at Shepparton. From our quote with Luke, who explained the battery system very clearly, to Paula communicating the installation process and arranging times. Then Dave from Illume electrical and his team doing a very neat and efficient installation. Then Brian, I think his name was, doing the final inspection. We were in good hands all the way and always kept informed of the next steps. The battery is performing really well, we can track our power usage and alter things to make sure we’re not inconvenienced with unexpected power outages. The Tesla system is very neat and tidy. Thanks heaps to the team. We’d recommend your company to anyone interested in a solar battery system.

Spoke to Shaun at the outset of my enquiry. Shaun was very knowledgeable and so I took up his suggestion. Days later a team turned up to install the Heater and components as required, also very efficiently. The progress of the installation was tracked by the office people. An authorized Sparky, Riley, turned up 2 days later and did the final electrical work required, tested the unit to ensure its veracity and ensured I was sent an electronic copy of the Manual, which I received, again very efficiently. Office staff again followed up that installation was complete and working prior to issuing invoice for payment. Shaun did a final follow up to ensure all was well, I responded “Perfect”.
